INTRODUCTION

In 1 Samuel 30, David and his men returned to Ziklag only to find it destroyed by fire, and their wives, sons and daughters taken captive by the Amalekites. The men were devastated and wept until they had no strength left. Though, David had lost his family as well, the men blamed him for what had happened and they began to talk of stoning him. David then strengthened himself in the Lord. He inquired of the Lord as to what he should do, and God granted the desire of his heart.

PRAYER GUIDE:

  1. All my glory that the enemies have hijacked, what are you waiting for, return to me in the name of Jesus.
  2. O ye spirit of stagnancy, following me up and down, what are you waiting for, die tonight in the name of Jesus.
  3. Every weapon that the enemy has fashioned against my business or carrier catch fire and burn to ashes now in Jesus’ name.
  4. As I begin to pray, every spirit of nearness to success tormenting my life and family, out of my life right now in Jesus name.
  5. Everything the enemy has stolen from me, in the name of Jesus, I pursue, I overtake and I recover all in the name of Jesus.
  6. O ye spirit of delay, tormenting my life and family what are you waiting for, out tonight, in the name of Jesus Christ.
  7. Pray for the protection of the Army of Christ from discouragement and division, and for unity and strength in their collective efforts.
  8. Pray for each branch to have a vibrant and active congregation, committed to both personal growth and outreach to the local community.
